What you notice in practice
Teachers work at the child's level. They kneel or sit on the floor. They watch before they speak. When a child is focused, they wait. When a child looks up, they respond. Small groups let teachers see each child's thinking. They build on what the child already knows.

How we work with families
At pickup, you will hear about the small things. What your child built. A new word. A moment with a friend. Teachers write notes and talk with you at the door. If you have a question, ask. We will find the answer together. Nothing is too small.
The first weeks are about trust. You and your child visit before the first day. A teacher stays close during drop-off. We follow your child's cues. Some children settle quickly. Others need more time. We keep in touch with you through it all. You will know how the day went.
